Day 44: The Twinkie Diet

Seriously, I sometimes wonder why I try.  Click here to read about a guy who lost 27 pounds in two months eating Twinkies, Nutty Bars, and powdered donuts.  Oh, and his cholesterol went down too.

Yup. He's my hero. Travis and I started our workout program yesterday. So sore. But also 2 days in a row of good eating. Feels good!

Yeah, but what about QUALITY OF FOOD? And no mention of body composition. He probably lost muscle and gained fat. Unlike you - no twinkie diets for you!
