Okay, with the holidays approaching, I have been trying to decide how to cope with the massive amounts of sweet and savory treats that I will be unable to enjoy over the next six or so weeks. As a result, I have decided to create "The Gallery of Delectables." The Gallery of Delectables is a photo album of the myriad treats I encounter over the next several weeks. Honestly, I don't know why I didn't think about this before. I have run into so many treats it has been unbelievable, and I am sure you would have enjoyed seeing them. I can guarantee you would NOT have enjoyed seeing them and then not being able to eat them.
Anyway, I will update this section of the blog every time I see something I can't eat, and since you can't eat a picture, maybe you will feel some of my pain as you stroll through The Gallery of Delectables. Check out the link under the masthead for an easy way to access The Gallery.

If you would like I can definitely help this gallery grow.
I have been missing out on a lot of the seasonal favorites I want to make in order to not torture you (despite the caricature you make of me as an unfeeling sugar addict who constantly torments you with cakes and candies!).
With this new goal in mind, of growing the gallery, there could be a new purpose in my starting to bake ASAP.
