Today I ate:
A chocolate protein shake with banana and flax seed
Egg whites with ketchup
Two whole wheat pancakes
A Caesar salad with blackened chicken (from a restaurant called Silverado, which wasn't a bad place to go)
Five tortilla chips with salsa (again, from Silverado--the tortilla chips weren't the best, the salsa was quite good)
One firecracker shrimp (this was okay, but not worth the calories)
One peanut butter Clif Builder Bar
A taco salad with slow cooked chicken, red peppers, lettuce, etc.
Two tablespoons of tomatillo ranch dressing and some peach salsa
12 tortilla chips
1/4 small bean and cheese quesadilla
About 1.5 gallons of water
Not the best day ever--when I go out to eat it never is--but I think I made some decent choices in the end.
