15-Pound Challenge Daily Report for March 23, 2011

Today I ate:

A chocolate protein shake with banana and flax
Two handfuls of blueberries
One egg
Four egg whites
Greek yogurt with berries
Kashi muesli cereal
A can of tuna
A Mint Chocolate Clif Builder bar
Laughing Cow French Onion Light Cheese
8 Kashi Heart-to-Heart Wheat Crackers
Greek salad with artichokes, rice, and chicken
Two slices of warmed wheat baguette with balsamic vinegar and olive oil

Probably could have done without that last item, but boy it was good!  Have a great night everyone!
