15-Pound Challenge Daily Report for March 24

Today I ate:

A chocolate protein shake with oats, banana, and flax
One Egg
Four egg whites with a little ketchup
One half of a small, whole wheat bagel, toasted
A "Mexi-bowl," which is what I call some slow-cooked chicken with spices, rice, black beans, salsa and a dollop of Greek yogurt (which, by the way, makes a great substitute for sour cream)
Greek yogurt with berries
Kashi muesli cereal
A peanut butter Clif builder bar
A small package of beef jerky
Way to much chili and cornbread, and I could have done without the extra honey butter--I know, disappointing, clearly chili and cornbread is a weakness I have.
1 or so gallons of water
