15-Pound Challenge Daily Report for March 29, 2011

Today I ate:

A chocolate-banana protein shake with flax
One egg
Four egg whites
Two tablespoons of ketchup
Greek yogurt with berries
Kashi cereal
A Caesar salad with blackened chicken (which was quite nice, by the way)
An vanilla almond Clif Builder bar (new flavor, which was not very nice at all)
Several tortilla chips
A few whole wheat pita crackers with Laughing Cow Light cheeseA steak salad with blue cheese
