Day 164: The 15-Pound Challenge

Okay, so as I mentioned last week, today I begin my own personal little challenge to get this last 15 pounds out of my life.  Once I get there, I will be at my goal weight, and I can start thinking (hopefully) about something else in my life.  So, here's the deal:

1.  Every day I will eat better than I have been eating, and I will report on the blog everything that I consumed during the day. 

2.  Every day I will weigh myself and give an update on how I am doing. 

3.  Every day I will answer the question "Did I Exercie Today?"  You will see my answer at the top of the blog or, if you are signed up (or subscribed or whatever it is called) to my twitter feed (that is what it is, right, a "feed"), then you will get a simple "Yes" or "No" to the question daily. 

4.  Each week I will take various measurments and indicate how I am doing.

5.  I invite all of you to join me in losing 15 pounds in the next six or so weeks.  Come on, it will be fun!  Okay, it won't be that much fun, but you'll feel a lot better afterwards.  Oh, and NO DELAYING.  You have to start in the next two days, not next Monday. 

That is is.  It is that simple.  You will notice soon on the blog a new little box that should provide various indicators of how I am doing, as well as the twitter feed thing at the top of the website.  Stay with me, a new name (as promised long ago) for the blog is coming, and as well as a thinner me.  Thank you all for the support and keep those comments coming.

Only 15 more to goal? This is the icing on the cake. Awesome!
