A Little About Language

I am still struggling a bit with a comment that Ever Curious made a week or so ago when she accused me of not being fat.  I have been struggling with my use of the term "fat."  After thinking about it for a while, I have decided that the word is kind of derogatory, and I will no longer be using it on the blog.  It has just become such a polarizing word in the last few years, with movies like Supersize Me and Southwest Airlines refusing to let people board airplanes.  More importantly, using the term fat simply carries a negative connotation, and this is a positive blog.  From now on, only the power of positive thinking on this blog!
