15-Day Challenge Daily Report for March 26

Today I ate:

One egg
Four egg whites
Two tablespoons of ketchup
Two Eggo whole wheat waffles with syrup
One chocolate protein shake
One-half grapefruit
One peanut butter Clif Builder bar
12 chicken nuggets at Chic-fil-A
3 chicken strips at Chic-fil-A
One chicken salad at Chipotle
About a gallon of water

Okay, obviously the glaring problem was at Chic-fil-A today.  I have to defend myself by saying it was an emergency.  Today was an awful day for planning, for various reasons.  Let me just say that at the beginning of the day, I thought I would be out until about 11:00 am.  By 2:00, I was starving and had to eat something.  Going to Chic-fil-A's handy food calculator, I discovered that I am lucky that I did not kill myself today.  The amount of sodium in this chicken was, for lack of a better word, awesome.  Over 2,000 mg worth (that is basically enough for an entire day's daily recommended intake).  I also had 760 calories (bad) with 34 carbohydrates (worse) and 35 grams of fact (worst).  Fortunately, all that chicken was packed with about 76 grams of protein.  Conclusion:  Stay away from the Fil-A!

I don't get the fascination with the Fil-a. Is it really that good?
