15-Pound Challenge Daily Report for March 27 and March 28, 2011

I forgot to post yesterday's food, so today I will have to report both:

Yesterday
Two eggs
Eight egg whites
3 tablespoon ketchup
4 waffles
2 tablespoons of ketchup
5 ounces of beef jerky
One peanut butter Clif Builder bar
One mint chocolate Clif Builder bar
2 red grapes
1 gallon of water
LOTS of opportunities to eat treats and goodies at a baptism that I went to for my church, but I restrained myself.

By the way, all of those eggs and waffles were two meals (one breakfast, one dinner).  I know, it is sad.

Today
One chocolate-banana protein shake with flax
Three egg
Four egg whites
Two tablespoons of ketchup
Two waffles
Tuna
Greek Yogurt with berries
Kashi Muesli cereal
One peanut butter Clif Builder Bar
2.5 pancakes
5 strawberries
6 ounces of steak
