So, for those of you who do not know my work schedule, I generally get up at about 4:15 or so in the morning. As part of my diet, I have been trying to limit my food intake in the evening and am trying to not eat after about 8:00 pm or so. I think I am going crazy, because today I caught myself actually say to my wife, "I think I need to get up earlier so I can eat more." What on earth is wrong with me?
